competitive designers who can design 3D, 2D and
other mould drawings effectively and accurately.
To improve our design quality and progress, we
make good use of some design software such as
CAD/CAM/CAE, ProEngineer and Solidworks UG etc.
However, our designers take actual machining
conditions into account to carry out model flow
analysis for product structure; thus design
error is minimized.
Using MOLDFLOW software to simulate the resin flow
in cavity, it will offer to mold designer the
best reference solution and greatly reduce the
tooling development lead time.
